My first visit to Glendas, not sure how I have missed it all these years, but glad I have found it. The best, most relaxing massage I have ever had! Liz was wonderful. Willow and the facial products were also wonderful, as I have very sensitive skin. Thoroughly enjoyed my day and am ecspecially greatful that my daughter and my tea times were coordianted perfectly. Will be back as a frequent client!

I recently took my 15 year old daughter to Glenda's Day Spa for a relaxing massage with Liz. While I was waiting for her, I felt like I was on a mini-vacation. You are greeted with a warm welcome from the staff who love what they do. The atmosphere is so soothing. Relaxing music playing softly in the background along with the scent from the wonderful oils they use. My daughter came out looking and feeling relaxed. Mission accomplished. Liz is truly a gem! Thank you all for such an amazing experience time and time again. Glenda you are the BEST!

I received a gift certificate for a spa package at Glenda’s Day Spa from my husband as a birthday/new mother’s day present. I actually had not even heard of Glenda’s spa before my husband gave me the envelope, but he stated he researched a lot of reviews online and that this location had generous feedback and the services seemed to offer a wide variety. He even mentioned that when he went to find the location to purchase the certificate in person it took him a minute to find the place, since it is in a house used for business. My husband though thought that the step away from a franchised setting and the friendly staff promised for a positive outcome.
While I am not a spa coinsurer, I have had my fair share of various treatments over various states – from personal owned businesses, to salons, hotels, etc etc, it’s run the gamut. Willow gave the best facial I have ever had, hands down. Not only were the steps to the facial soothing and extensive, her demeanor was courteous and professional. I have sensitive skin and sometimes an aesthetician has used treatments that have caused breakouts or irritation. My skin looks and feels great, I was so relaxed during the process I almost fell asleep, I’d go back just for Willow.

I recently had a lovely, relaxing experience at Glenda's Day Spa! It was my first visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed my Sea Salt Body Scrub! Elizabeth was fantastic! She was quiet and respectful of my need for a peaceful environment. Her technique was perfect in every way. I was so relaxed when she finished that I did not want to get up! I was not aware of the existence of Glenda's Day Spa until I received a gift certificate for Christmas. It is truly a wonderful gem with a calming atmosphere that I will recommend to my friends and family.

My experience at Glenda's Day Spa was amazing. I received my first facial from Willow. She did such an amazing job that I actually fell asleep during my facial. It was such a relaxing experience and my face feels smoother and healthier. Thank you!!!

My facial with Willow was great.
The extractions were thorough and Willow treated the area where she did the extractions to eliminate the redness.
Willow takes her time and listens to what her clients needs are. When I began chatting, she had a conversation with me. When I wanted silence, the room was silent.
When the facial was completed and I looked at myself in the mirror, I could see a dramatic difference in my skin. My skin continued to glow 12 hours later.
Finally, the products Willow used were not greasy. I have had facials in the past there my skin was oily when I left the salon. Overall, the facial from Willow was relaxing and my skin looked great into the night. I would recommend Willow to anyone who wants a thorough and relaxing facial.
I appreciated Willow's recommendation for your products yet there was no pressure to purchase the products. By the way, I have used the cleanser, toner and moisturizer since my facial and I have seen a difference in my skin. Thanks Willow

My visit to Glenda's was wonderful. The hot stone massage and purifying facial were fabulous. It was the first time I had ever had a facial and I am hooked! I plan on being back in a couple months and will recommend the Spa to my friends.
I just realized that I was so relaxed after my massage with Liz and having such a nice time chatting with you. . . I completely forgot to leave Liz a tip. Wonderful! This is a wonderful spa to go to and the people are very nice! My sister had class in Towson at 12:00 so they were willing to open up an hour early so we could get our massages and she could make it to class on time. This was my first spa experience ever, and I am 33 years old! I went in for a pedi balm foot scrub, made my feet almost instantly smooth, which is a big deal since I have been a life long athlete; a rose mud wrap, one of the most relaxing experiences of my life, and then a facial (my face felts so smooth and purified). It was a great experience for me and I am sure to return. Thank you for opening my eyes to the spa experience - it is wonderful!

Thank you for allowing me to comment about my recent visit to Glenda's Day Spa. I had the raindrop therapy massage given by Susan. This was one of the best massages I've experienced. Susan immediately put me at ease describing the process in a very soothing manner. The atmosphere was also conducive to relaxation. Susan is a wonderful massage therapist and I really enjoyed the the experience. My whole body was very relaxed and I felt like a marshmallow afterwards. A pleasantly scented marshmallow. I will definitely recommend Glenda's Day Spa to all of my friends.

My experience at Glenda's Day Spa is one I will repeat, and recommend to friends and family. I have been to numerous large chair spas, which are good for quick, standard procedures. However, they cannot provide me with the atmosphere, or the customer service I desired on my days of relaxation. I walked in to Glenda's day spa and not only felt welcome by the staff who greeted me, but by another client who did not even know me. I was not a number, but a name, a face, a person. The atmosphere was quiet, tranquil, and beyond what I would believe a true sanctuary would be like. Not only do I plan to go back myself, but I have managed to encourage my significant other to do a couples massage with me in the near future. The experience was one of true perfection by a small spa! Thank you for this!

My facial with Kim was fantastic! She really did a wonderful job and I enjoyed the experience. There are so many great things to say about Kim. One of my favorite things is that she uses very good pressure! She was also very personable and was in tune with my needs as her client. I appreciate that she showed interest in learning about my face treatment regiment and offered suggestions about how I could improve it. Lastly, I would like to say that Kim provides top notch service, takes personal interest in her clients, and is a joy to work with.
Also, please know that the quality of the facial that I received at your spa is superior to the quality of the last facial that I received at a different spa. Thanks again!

I had a fabulous time at Glenda’s Day Spa. I like the atmosphere here because of it is tranquil and friendly. My facial was the most thorough cleansing facial I have ever gotten, and my skin cleared up from everyday congestion that most other facials I had received at other spas were not able to achieve for me. Definitely worth your time to visit.

Just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I enjoyed coming to your spa recently. I got the upgraded Pampered Princess package and it was heavenly. I came in very stressed out and needing some relaxation and "me time". Thank you so much for providing just what I needed. My massage and body scrub were both performed by Susan. She was excellent. She really focused on my tense areas and took great care of me. I have only had one other massage in my life, at a high end "red door" place, and this was so much better! My facial and paraffin treatments were done by Terri. She was also wonderful. I have had facials in the past, but this was by far the best. Terri really took the time to find out about me and my skincare concerns, and she helped me find a product that would help. In the past, my skin always broke out terribly after getting facials, but that didn't happen this time at all. I was so relaxed during my entire time at Glenda's. Thank you all again for a wonderful day. I will definitely be a client for a long time to come.

Well worth it. In one word the massage was refreshing. Liz did a exceptional job on my lower back and left calf. My back has not felt this good in a long time. I will not hesitate to come back as soon as I feel some tightness in my muscles again.

I love getting facials but haven't had one in a long time, not since moving to Harford County. After a very long and stressful summer, my husband treated me to one. I looked on-line, and Glenda's seemed nice, plus the testimonials were glowing so I thought I'd try it. It was probably the best experience getting a facial I've ever had! It was fantastic! It was exactly what I needed. I actually missed some of it because it was so relaxing that I fell asleep. I would highly recommend Glenda's Day Spa if you want to totally pamper yourself.
