Our gift certificate policies
Gifts are non refundable. You may give your gift certificate to another individual
if you are unable to use it prior to the expiration date.
Gift certificates are unable to be reissued using another name.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Because of our high demand and premium service, we request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice for single services, 48 hours for cancellation of spa packages or multiple services scheduled. Less than adequate notice required will result in a cancellation fee of $25 per service scheduled. In the event you have a gift certificate, such fees will be deducted from the amount of the gift certificate. All deposits taken are non-refundable with less than adequate notice for cancellation. Please notify us of any cancellations by telephone, including leaving a voice mail if necessary. Cancellations received by e-mail will not be honored, as e-mail is not always reliable and may not be checked in a timely manner to be able to verify such cancellation.

LATE ARRIVALS & EARLY DEPARTURES
We regret that early departures and late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for the full service fee. If the therapist's schedule allows for the client to receive the full service time, we will extend the full time for your scheduled service.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates have an expiration date posted on the certificate. We do extend gift certificates past the expired date.
Gift certificates are non refundable. You may give your gift to another individual if you are unable to use it prior to the expiration date.
Gift certificates cannot be rewritten using another individuals name.
Gift certificates cannot be combined with Spa Finder gift certificates/cards, any other special offers or coupons.

SPA FINDER GIFT CERTIFICATES/CARDS
We do participate with Spa Finder. The full value of a Spa Finder gift certificate/card must be redeemed of its full value at time of checking out. A credit remaining will not be reissued and cannot be used towards tips. Spa Finder gift certificates/cards cannot be combined with any other gift certificates, coupons or special promotions.

RETAIL POLICY
We appreciate your interest and purchase of our products for home care. These products are active in there antibacterial properties to assist the skin in its elimination process to create a proper balance in ones skin. Sometimes this process can take about three months for this achievement to take place. Botanical Science products do not honor any return policy for there products unless an adverse reaction has taken place. For this reason our policy is to assist you in altering your home care regimen to help you through this process and or exchange the amount of products purchased for a credit towards a purifying facial. Credit towards a spa service will only be allowed if the purchase date of products is less than two weeks.
